NOTE FROM THE EDITOR
As you may know, the Business/Education Partnership Forum (including this e-newsletter) is just one of the resources we offer to support partnership practitioners. People who build community-school initiatives have a great need for good information, and we’re trying to help meet that need through this and other efforts.
To that end, I’m pleased to announce that our subscription-based newsletter, the K-12 Partnership Report, is now more affordable. We’ve just lowered our subscription rate from $149/year to $99/year, and we’ve also just announced the availability of the entire 2009 archive – ten issues full of case studies, how-to articles, and more – for just $75.
If you’re serious about building strong partnership initiatives that make a real impact in the lives of students, I hope you’ll consider subscribing for one simple reason: reinventing the wheel – trying to figure out things that other people have already worked through – is an expensive, time-consuming process, and having access to original reporting on what works can save you from wasting lots of time and money.
And I’ll go you one better: not only can you benefit by learning from the experiences of others, you can also use this newsletter as a training tool for people throughout your district or organizations. We have a strong discount program for bulk subscriptions, which makes it possible for everyone in your network to learn about effective practices at the same time. (For example, 100 people can receive a full one-year subscription for just $1500.)
If you’re interested in a personal subscription, or archive of the 2009 series, you can order here; if you want to explore the idea of getting the newsletter for multiple people, let me know and I’ll provide a quote for your review.
Thank you for all you do – I hope we can help you going forward.
Best,
Brett
