NOTE FROM THE EDITOR
One of the best parts of publishing our new newsletter is hearing about effective partnership initiatives from across the country – everything from mentoring programs and teacher stores to collaborative reviews of district operations and donated mall space being converted into alternative learning centers.
But we need more. If you’re involved in a successful community/school initiative – one that is a real collaboration, and that has demonstrated outcomes – I’d love to hear about it. We may not be able to write case studies on every successful program, but at the very least we may be able to connect active partnership people with one another and highlight your work through other channels.
One of the most important things we can do to advance the cause of partnership practitioners is to collect evidence of the impact of your work. Please help us gather that data so that we can highlight the importance of partnerships with others in the K-12 field.
As always, you can reach me at 704-940-3201 or brett@dehavillandassociates.com.
Best,
Brett
